Dynamics 365 F&O – Apply the latest platform update to environments (LCS)

In this post will explain how to apply the latest platform release to your Finance and Operations environment.

In our example we have a new release to update (Service Update – 10.0.16), First step is to open LCS and login, after this we need to open Asset library tab and select software deployable package, import Service Update – 10.0.16 and open the environment we want to update.

Follow the path Mantain > Apply updates and we wait untill the update process is finished.
